The series is based on fictional ‘discovered historical papers’ relating to Harry Flashman, the bully from Thomas Hughes’ novel ‘Tom Brown’s School Days’. Like with many of the books in the Flashman series, Fraser includes fictional accounts of historical figures, with this work featuring Scottish army officer in the Madras Army of the East India Company, George Broadfoot. 

In the original cloth binding in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally in lovely condition. Dust wrapper is in excellent condition with just slight creasing to head of spine. Slight sunning to the spine, as is common with this series. Internally firmly bound. Pages bright and clean. Scattered spots to fore edge.

Grading: NEAR FINE in a NEAR FINE dust wrapper.
