Can I buy a book from you over the phone?

Absolutely! Our books are available through the website, but if you’d prefer to speak to us, we will gladly take your order over the phone. Our office number is +44 (0) 7780457190 and our phone line is open Monday to Saturday 09:00-17:30 GMT.

Do you post books outside of the UK?

We send our books around the world, always using a fully tracked and insured service.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of delivery. We pride ourselves on our accurate descriptions, but should there be a discrepancy in the listing, we will also cover return postage.  

How do you package your books?

We pack our books exceptionally carefully using bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard boxes. All our books are sent fully tracked and insured to make sure the book arrives with you as quickly and as safely as possible.

I am based in the USA. Will I have to pay tariffs on my book?

No. Books and printed matter are exempt from any recent tariff changes, meaning there are no changes to sending books to the USA.  

Do you buy books?

Absolutely. We are interested in high quality modern first editions and signed works. If we are interested we will make a fair offer based on current market value.

Do you value books?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a valuation service.
