The series is based on fictional ‘discovered historical papers’ relating to Harry Flashman, the bully from Thomas Hughes’ novel ‘Tom Brown’s School Days’. Like with many of the books in the Flashman series, Fraser includes fictional accounts of historical figures, with this novel featuring Benjamin Disraeli, Abraham Lincoln and William Gladstone.

Dust wrapper is smart, with closed tear, approximately one inch to head of wrap. Small ink spill to reverse of wrap. Neat strike through price on flyleaf, with price still visible. Age toning and the odd spot to wrap. Internally firmly bound. Pages bright and clean.
